Jetstream Starter is a Flatrate 128K connection to the internet. This means that its always on and can go 3-4 times faster than a modem can.

Jetstream Starter is great for surfing the web, downloading updates and playing games on. The amount you can download is limited by your isps quota that you have. Most isps have a quota of about 5-10Gbytes of international traffic.

Jetstream Starter is not good for serving files due to the dynamic ip system that is used. This reduces the use of Jetstream Starter as a web server, mail server or ftp server.
